As a Solution Sales Provider, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities by offering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and industry research.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business challenges, goals, and objectives.
- Develop and present customized solutions that address clients' specific needs, leveraging our products, services, and expertise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, earning their trust as a trusted advisor and solution provider.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to tailor solutions and ensure successful implementation.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and timelines in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings, and share insights with internal teams to inform product development and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in solution sales, consultative selling, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
