Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and exceed sales targets in the ocean freight segment.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their requirements, and offering value-added solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and pricing, to ensure efficient service delivery and timely response to client inquiries.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations, showcasing our competitive advantages and customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Stay updated on market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry regulations to capitalize on emerging opportunities and mitigate risks.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the ocean freight or logistics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the ocean freight market, including key players, trade lanes, and industry trends.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
