As an Order Management Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire order process, from order placement to fulfillment. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless and efficient order processing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with various teams including sales, logistics, and customer service to streamline processes and resolve any issues that may arise during the order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and process incoming orders accurately and efficiently.
  2. Coordinate with sales representatives to confirm order details, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  3. Liaise with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to replenish stock as needed.
  5. Handle order inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  6. Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels using appropriate systems or software.
  7. Communicate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders as necessary.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to order management and fulfillment.
  10. Provide support to the sales team by generating reports, analyzing data, and assisting with customer inquiries or requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Previous experience in order management, customer service, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM software is advantageous.
