Responsibilities:
As a Brand Manager, you will actively interact with brand principals and potential clients, comprehending their unique requirements, and proposing strategies or services aligned with agreed-upon objectives.
- Establish, cultivate, and nurture enduring connections with essential stakeholders (such as brands and marketplace platforms) to fulfill business objectives by enhancing the brand's online visibility.
- Spearhead and negotiate annual agreements with e-commerce partners.
- Formulate plans, KPIs, and objectives for each e-commerce partner, collaborating with various internal teams (including marketing, operations, and customer service) to implement Go-to-Market strategies.
- Identify emerging e-commerce trends and potential growth opportunities, devising and executing corresponding action plans.
- Craft and deliver product proposals to existing and prospective e-commerce partners.
- Analyze brand performance and consumer behavior to pinpoint strengths, weaknesses, and avenues for business expansion.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to grasp their requirements and elucidate the value proposition.
- Maintain meticulous records concerning inventory and account details to ensure smooth brand portfolio operations, including accurate forecasting and customer order fulfilment.
- Serve as the primary liaison for brands and other marketplace platforms, overseeing daily operations and collaborating closely with internal cross-functional teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive market insights.
- Advocate for clients, prioritizing enhancements to the customer and brand experience.
- Foster trust-based relationships with clients, grounded in mutual respect.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of Brand Manager experience
- Previous experience handling premium Beauty, Platforms, or Ecommerce is a plus.
- Background in brand and/or account management.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in collecting, tracking, and analyzing extensive data
- Adaptability and proficient problem-solving capabilities
- Strong active listening skills
- Ability to establish rapport and collaborate effectively both internally and externally
- Knowledge of consumer behaviors and industry trends
