About the Role:

In this role, you will play a critical part in the business by ensuring smooth execution of contractual agreements related to our property development projects. Your responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of contract management such as negotiation, drafting, implementation, and administration to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and implement comprehensive contract management strategies aligned with organizational goals and project objectives.

·      Negotiate and finalize contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

·      Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks, discrepancies, or opportunities for improvement.

·      Ensure that all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

·      Monitor contract performance and adherence to terms and conditions throughout the project lifecycle.

·      Resolve contract-related disputes, issues, or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

·      Coordinate with internal teams, including project management, legal, finance, and procurement, to ensure alignment and collaboration on contract matters.

·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, records, and databases.

·      Provide guidance, support, and training to team members on contract management processes and best practices.

·      Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and legal developments related to contract management.

 

Key Requirements:

·        Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor/ Contract Management or related field.

·        Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or related field, with at least 10 years of relevant work experience (contract management in property is an advantage)

·        Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·        Knowledge of contract law, legal principles, and contract management best practices.

·        Attention to detail and accuracy in contract review and analysis.

·        Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
