About the Role:


In this role, you will play a critical part in assisting with the management and administration of contracts related to our property development projects. Your responsibilities include working closely with the Contract Manager, you will contribute to the smooth execution of contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·      Support the Contract Manager in developing and implementing contract management strategies aligned with organizational goals and project objectives.

·      Assist in negotiating and finalizing contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

·      Help review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks, discrepancies, or opportunities for improvement.

·      Monitor contract performance and adherence to terms and conditions throughout the project lifecycle.

·      Collaborate with internal teams, including project management, legal, finance, and procurement, to ensure alignment and collaboration on contract matters.

·      Provide administrative support for contract management processes, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating communications.

·      Assist in resolving contract-related disputes, issues, or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.


Key Requirements:

·      Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor/ Contract Management or related field.

·      Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or related field, with at least 8 years of relevant work experience (contract management in property is an advantage)

·      Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·      Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

·      Knowledge of contract law, legal principles, and contract management best practices.

·      Attention to detail and accuracy in contract review and analysis.
