About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Systems Analyst, Finance Systems (TMS), this role will primarily focus on supporting our Treasury system. In addition, the successful candidate will provide expertise and collaborate with other groups to support the assessment and delivery of enhancements, projects, and ongoing support. Candidates should possess experience in managing system support and change request enhancements within Kyriba system landscapes. The following Treasury processes should be covered, but are not limited to:

- Bank Account Management (Opening and Closing)

- Cash Forecasting and Management

- Cash Investments

- Debt Covenant Monitoring

- Internal and External Funding Management

- Foreign Exchange (FX) Execution (FX Spot, Forward, Swap, Option, and NDF)

- Inhouse banking

- Payments

 

Below are the responsibilities for this role:

1. Support users in their day to day system issues and work within our agreed SLA

2. Document SOP processes based on ticket resolution and RCA

3. Support in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT.

4. Participate in the delivery, support and testing of the Treasury System enhancements, upgrades and projects

5. Identify gaps in processes and make sound recommendations to stakeholders.

6. Identify and support auditing needs e.g. reporting and making sense out of logs.

7. Make recommendations of configurations and deployments lifecycles to ensure project’s success.

8. Be a driver of change for Finance and Procurement & GTS to continuously improve the company ability includes identifying gaps in processes, data lifecycle or new relevant releases in platform offerings.

9. Experience working within a finance environment, delivering with quality but in a high pace environment.

 

 

Essential Experience / Criteria:

1. A minimum of 3 years of functional experience with Kyriba or similar treasury management systems (TMS)

2. Demonstrated commitment to developing a comprehensive understanding of Kyriba modules and capabilities

3. Proficiency in key treasury processes, including:

3.1 Cash Management and Forecasting

3.2 Payment Processing

3.3 Cash Accounting

3.4 General Ledger Reconciliation

3.5 Financial Transactions, Deal Capture, and Position Keeping

3.6 Risk Assessment and Valuation

3.7 Financial and Hedge Accounting

3.8 Bank Account Management

3.9 Business Intelligence and Reporting

3.10 Supply Chain Finance

4. Ability to engage in high-level discussions with financial and IT professionals at various organizational levels

5. In-depth knowledge of support and change/enhancement request lifecycles, including configuration/development, system integration/user acceptance testing (SIT/UAT), and release packaging/management within the Financial ERP space

6. Understanding of issue prioritization, enhancement considerations, and service level agreements (SLAs) to effectively mitigate risks and impacts

7. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with mid-senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple departments

8. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, enabling collaboration with internal and external clients, as well as the ability to create and deliver impactful reports and maintain relationships

 

 

Desirable Experience / Criteria:

1. Experience in supporting or developing integration between Treasury and ERP Finance systems

2. Experience in implementing SOX compliance & audit controls for financial and planning systems (e.g. Change Management, Release Management)

3. Experience in managing internal and external auditors asks for relevant finance processes and governance requirements.
