Face-to-face interview
Skills test
Motivation test

Compatibility
Two verbal references with direct supervisors from previous employment
Licence & Ticket verification (with alerts for expiry)
Visa check

Confirmation of eligibility to work
Criminal background check
Health & Safety Assessment

Of course additional checks such as medical history, drugs and alcohol checks, overseas directorships, credit references can also be undertaken on request.
